Scientific Leadership, more detail needed

My colleague Will Pollard has blogged about the recent talk by John Burgoyne. http://will789gb.posterous.com/scientific-leadership-still-looking-for-clues

The blog links to video of the talk. This idea of "leadership science" is well worth looking at. I have also found a video of a talk by Peter Checkland. Lancaster University TV can do an excellent job. I normally live in the high definition world of Twinity but I realise this can be represented on video. Some of the lighting on YouTube is just a bit dodgy but anyway I am going off topic.

There will be a face to face event in September. The more video people watch in advance the more time there will be for conversation.
